Classic rooms of about 17/18 sqm with balcony overlooking the lake. They can be prepared with a double bed or two single beds. They all have parquet flooring. They have a wardrobe, desk, telephone, satellite TV, safe, wi-fi, air condition and renovated bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary bathroom products. Two of them are larger (about 19 square meters) and have a foldaway bed so they can accommodate up to three people!

COMFORT

SUPERIOR

Modern room of about 20 square meters with a balcony overlooking the lake. It can be prepared with a double bed or two single beds. It is located on the first floor of the building and has parquet flooring. It is equipped with an open wardrobe, desk with USB socket, kettle, courtesy set for coffee and tea, telephone, satellite smart TV, safe, wi-fi and air condition. Thanks to the comfortable sofa bed, it can accommodate up to three people. The renovated bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary bathroom products.

SUPERIOR POOL

Spacious double rooms (about 20 square meters) and modern with parquet flooring. They are equipped with comfortable sofa bed, open closets, desk with USB sockets, kettle, courtesy set for coffee and tea, telephone, satellite smart TV, safe, wi-fi and independent air conditioning. These rooms can accommodate up to three people. They have a large windowed bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary bathroom products. The balcony is small and at the side, but even from here you can enjoy a lake view!

ELEGANCE

Modern rooms of about 17/18 sqm with balcony and wonderful lake view. They can be prepared with a double bed or two single beds. They are located on the second and last floor of the building, they have parquet flooring and are equipped with an open wardrobe, desk with USB socket, kettle, courtesy set for coffee and tea, telephone, satellite Smart TV, safe, wi-fi, air condition and renovated bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary bathroom products.

DELUXE

Modern rooms of about 21 square meters with balcony and wonderful lake view. They can be prepared as double or twin rooms. They are located on the top floor and have parquet flooring. They are all equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, an open wardrobe, desk with USB socket, kettle, courtesy set for coffee and tea, telephone, satellite Smart TV, safe, wi-fi and air condition. All deluxerooms can accommodate up to three people, two of them even four! The renovated bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

The city tax of € 1,00 per person (starting from 15 years) per day is not included in the price.

Check-in: rooms are available from 2.00 pm
Check-out: we ask our guests to leave their rooms until 10.00 am

To secure a reservation, your credit card details are required as a guarantee.

In case of cancellation:
- up to 21 days before the arrival date the cancellation is free
- between 20 and 8 days before the arrival date, the penalty is 30% of the cost of the stay
- between 7 and 1 day before the date of arrival, the penalty is 50% of the cost of the stay
- the same day of arrival, or no-show, or delayed arrival or early departure, the customer is required to pay the entire booked period
