On the gallery you find a bedroom and the bathroom. The apartment has satellite TV, telephone, safe, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are available.
The apartment has a large terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake.

The city tax of € 1,00 per person (starting from 15 years) per day is not included in the price.

Check-in: the apartment is available from 2 pm
Check-out: we ask our guests to leave the apartment until 10.00 am

To secure a reservation, your credit card details are required as a guarantee.

In case of cancellation:
- up to 21 days before the arrival date the cancellation is free
- between 20 and 8 days before the arrival date, the penalty is 30% of the cost of the stay
- between 7 and 1 day before the date of arrival, the penalty is 50% of the cost of the stay
- the same day of arrival, or no-show, or delayed arrival or early departure, the customer is required to pay the entire booked period
